Growing perfectly suited to the subtropical climate and lifestyle of South East Queensland, Greg’s custard apples are a wonderful seasonal treat — creamy, fragrant and naturally sweet, making them perfect for enjoying fresh or creating delicious desserts.
Greg grows the highly regarded Pink’s Mammoth variety, “Hillary White”, a beautiful selection treasured by custard apple connoisseurs and much sought after for its exceptional eating qualities.
This very special variety has a proud local heritage. Developed right here in South East Queensland in the late 1970s, Pink’s Mammoth “Hillary White” variety has gone on to become renowned well beyond its Queensland origins.
With more than four decades of experience, Greg carefully nurtures each tree and continues the tradition of producing custard apples with the rich, sweet and juicy flavour that makes this fruit so special.
